Meteor wire guide system was composed by traverse unit, wire guide and screw.

Wire guide rectilinear movement is guided by a precision screw’s rotation which is drived by a servo motor. Servo motor of wire guide change its speed and direction timely and move synchronously with the spindle in order to maintain a proper co-ordination.

Wire guide was installed on the traverse unit and move on the screw. The movement range of the wire guide depends on the length of the screw.

Meteor designed and manufactured precision dual roller wire guide, needle wire guide and precision blade wire guide. You could choose suitable wire guide according to your actual requirements. Wire diameter range of each kind of wire guides are as following:

1. Wire diameter range for precision blade wire guide: 0.018 up to0.5mm

2. Wire diameter range for balde wire guide: 0.02 up to0.3mm

3. Wire diameter range for dual roller wire guide: 0.02 up to0.3mm 

4. Wire diameter range for dual roller wire guide: 0.05 up to0.8mm

5. Wire diameter range for dual roller wire guide: 0.5 up to2.0mm

6. Wire diameter range for needle wire guide: 0.018 up to0.5mm
